ImageSegments for real -- new VM / risky demo

Excellent! This will really make VM plugins so much more useful.

A truly bare basic image with image segents and VM plugins can allow 
some really daring configuration stuff. Maybe a ~200kb vm with a ~400kb
image that can grow seamlessly to Alan's 80Mb system _and back_.
A _really_ bare base image needs almost nothing beyond simple process,
context, collection, number and enough  io to be able to read a config
file/env-var/commandline that says what else is needed to start with.
BitBLT, input events, all that stuff can be in image segments and vm
plugins.

Yippee!
