Smalltalk majorShrink produces a "key not found" error in

	Smalltalk allClassesDo: [:c | c zapOrganization].

The problem seems to be that a lot of obsolete classes like
'AnObsoleteAnObsoleteADPCMCodec' are not removed from Smalltalk.
