Now if an experienced Squeaker, full of word-of-mouth knowledge, is
standing over this guy's shoulder, then they are likely to say "hit
alt-z" to get your text back.  And yet, how many tutorials think to
mention stuff like this?

Another thing to mention, is that it only works some of the time. 
People shouldn't get discouraged the first few times they try a search
against the system code, and come back without anything useful.
