This is great!  It seems that maybe J3 has taken a bit longer than
originally hoped...thanks to all those that have put so much effort into it!

While everyone is talking about performance, I've often wondered how
Squeak's GC compares with other implementations?  Since it seems that it was
given a lot of attention (because of the timing issues with multimedia
applications), I wonder if it's not one of the better garbage collectors out
there.  Anyone have a good sense for how the Squeak GC stacks up?
