Hi everyone,

I finally got around to fixing up some of the stupid problems with
PIC/Smalltalk (since I had to use it myself for building a servo controller
for MicroSeeker), so I put out a new version.

This one fixes some silly bugs, and gets rid of the pool-dictionary
problem. File it in to a new Squeak 2.8 image.
