At least in my case, that's because (unlike the Mac and Unix platforms) the
new Windows sources don't seem to have been made available.

I asked about the WinCE sources some time ago on the list and got no responses.

So until I see the Windows sources, I'll be ignoring the WinCE port.

Anyway, I'm busy on real projects under Linux...
