This if my very first version of a framework for GA in Squeak...

Evaluate "GeneticAlgorithm test" for test.

The morph that show the statistics of the run is sized for a 1024x768 
display.  The size can be changed in 
GeneticAlgorithmMorph>>createFitnessMorph and in 
GeneticAlgorithmMorph>>createFitnessMapMorph.
