Really an impressive list.  However, as far as I've understood it, all (or
most) of these fonts are converted TTF or Type1 fonts.  Furthermore, the
fonts are NOT free but subject to the individual licenses.  (Morpheus - the
font used for the red headlines for example is a shareware font from Kiwi
Media)

So it might be easier to use the original TTF or Type1 outlines and convert
them.  This is already possible either using Andreas' old but still working
stfont.exe tool or using the TTReader class together with Hans-Martin's
enhancement for converting a TTF into a grayscale strike font.

A good sources for TTF fonts are BTW www.1001freefonts.com or
www.larabiefonts.com
