Another mailing list would be fine as far as I'm concerned - though I
think one more list would be enough -- just roll "devel" and "official"
into a single "sqdev" list and leave the current list as is for the
"discussion" list. I would _not_ want a newsgroup.

If another list is added, *please* be sure it has a subject line prefix
to easily separate it from the regular list - [sqdev] would suit me
fine. It would be nice if some of the technical and detailed discussions
now happening off the list could be done thru the development list
instead - giving a record of what design decisions are being made and
why.
