Q: Number of primitivePointX ?

Hi!
This seems to be a bit strange:
There is a method Interpreter>>primitivePointX (and Y), but it is not
in the primitivetable (Interpreter>>initializePrimitiveTable).
Of course it's not needed, because Point>>x is compiled to a bytecode
(bytecodePrimPointX), but it seems to me somewhat inconsistent with the
rest of the primitives and bytecodes.
