I should like to present a modal dialog in which unchangable text is 
displayed in a scrolling pane window, and two buttons are presented 
(call them, OK and CANCEL), thereby returning a value to a calling 
process, which value corresponds to the button that was pushed.  Is 
there a simple or simplest way to accomplish this in MVC?
