[Help] FFI: how to enable on Windows NT ?

Hello.

I have Squeak 2.7 image. I have updated code to obtain 2.8a. Now i want to
test FFI examples but i receive "Callout mechanism not available". Probably
i have to rebuild the VM to enable it. haven't i ?
