I was fortunate to have an older colleague give me a copy of the
     Blue Book that he no longer wanted.  (Hurray!)  On the BlueBook
     swiki page, though, Ward Cunningham asked:

     I don't see an answer on the swiki page itself.  Does anyone have
     any information on this chapter--maybe even a copy?
