Hmmmm, I'm not seeing the second menu on the dismiss click (either
right-click or left-click dismisses cleanly). The only way I seem to get
the second menu is if I select "keep this menu up" and then click
elsewhere - but this is how it has always worked, so I assume you're
seeing something quite different. I'm using the release version of 2.7,
update #1782, 2.7 Win32 VM - release build 2.
