Notes
-----
* Win95/NT should now handle FP errors accordingly. Those folks who had
crashes entering PWM7 should try with the new VM.
* WinCE should be quite a bit faster now (though probably draining more
battery power ;-) since I've been turning off the 'reduce CPU usage' by
default for WCE
