PopUp Menus

Okay, we hear you! A single "please" is easy enough to ignore, but a
"please, please" is an altogether different matter.

Update 1789, "noPersonalize" (coming soon to an external update
server near you) adds a preference that governs whether the
"personalized" menu should be offered when you right-click on the
morphic desktop. If you set the preference to false, then you'll get
the standard World menu instead.

As for the situation being attributable to the "one button mafia":
guilty as charged!

PS: With "Preferences" now proliferating beyond the point where they
are easily managed via a single linear list, a new Preferences
control panel is on its way soon.
