The first non-Mac port of Squeak was version 1.13.  I never made 1.14
and 1.15 releases (as far as I remember -- I could try to locate and
read some old and dusty dump tapes, if _absolutely_ necessary ;-).

The tar files from 1.13 onwards are all still online:
  http://www-sor.inria.fr/~piumarta/squeak/unix/old/

I don't know what version the Windows ports started at.
