mac menubar fix + Macintosh Socket issues?

As you've all observed if you change to full screen mode on the mac and use
the apple-tab sequence to bring another application to the foreground that
the menu bar does NOT get replace/redraw/fix correctly.

About a year ago (May 6th 1999) Javier Diaz-Reinoso actually posted a fix
for this problem. I've now added it to macwindows.c code. At some point when
SqC is back maybe we'll tackle getting it into the final 2.8 release.

I've also some changes to invoke atExit() on the mac to ensure abnormal
terminations cause cleanup to happen for plugins. I believe that feature is
in the windows and unix VM, but never got into the mac VM.

PS Also anyone having Socket issues with the new 2.8 macintosh Socket plugin
should drop me a note. Only Bruce ONeel has reported some issues with
sleeply powerbooks, and unplugging from ethernet on the fly. I would of
course like to fix any issues before 2.8 becomes final. Of course I'm
viewing the non-response as a positive indication!

Also if there are any folks wanting a version of the macintosh VM for
68020/68881 with Open Transport support, then let me know, and no Alice 3D
won't run much faster.

Thanks
