For Squeak 2.8 (update 2345)

ObjectTracer and ObjectViewer caused a walkback because the method lookup on
continuation tries to start with these classes rather than the class of the
wrapped object.  A one-liner works around this problem.  

Also, ObjectTracer can now be configured to only intercept certain messages.
