Dandelion -Smalltalk code analysis/output framework- is updated to be
"Sneak Preview2".
(Sorry for the slow progress, I'm too busy in current business project).

This release supports SMIX( SMalltalk Interchange format in XML) output
and runs on Squeak2.8.

Next plan:
-Implement Rose 2000 (boring but sometimes useful UML editor) model file
