I am a bit confused.  I think I understand the directions at
	http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/squeak/330
for adding a new Swiki page, but it doesn't seem to work.

I had my web browser retrieve
	http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu/squeak/TestPageJustForMe
which was correctly 404 Not Found.  My understanding was that I could
then
click on EDIT and add some content.  EDIT however is just text with no
action.

What am I misunderstanding?
