Folks,

In Morphic, bring up a menu and make it stay up.  Put a window partially
over it.  Click once lightly in the menu without dragging at all.  The menu
will come to the front.  Then grab the title bar of the window and move it.
The menu will stay on top!!!  (Clicking in another window undoes the
confusion.)  The system window thinks it is on top when it is not.  This
bug has existed as long ago as Update 2100.
	Would anyone like to fix it?
