Mark,

I may be missing something here, but that suggests some sort of cache between you and webpage.com. Do you happen to know if this is the case? When I retrieve the list, I see headers like:

HTTP/1.0 200 OK
Server: Netscape-FastTrack/2.01
Date: Sat, 10 Jun 2000 22:57:58 GMT
Accept-ranges: bytes
Last-modified: Sat, 10 Jun 2000 05:27:13 GMT
Content-length: 51220
Content-type: text/plain

which has no explicit caching or expiration headers. This may cause a caching proxy server to keep this around for some time. Maybe it will clear up by itself if given enough time.

Cheers,
Bob
