I was looking for something (an issue with WeakArrays) but found this
problem instead.

If I look at 
SystemWindow allSubInstances

lo I get lots of windows, windows I've no longer on my desktop. Windows I'm
sure people have closed in the past. Like for example a file list inspector
on 'arupa 520:Desktop Folder:Squeak2.8a-beo Folder' 3172)

Sigh..

Well for one thing TopWindow in SystemWindow holds onto the last top window
even if you have closed it. Can't say how or were the other windows are
being held onto yet.

Others are welcome to look and confirm.
