This goes to Andrew --

since I had the same naming problem a couple of days ago on the Mac, it
would seem a good idea to include a note about this in your excellent
chapter; if it is hard to specify how it should be for each platform, then
perhaps at least a note that the naming conventions are a common pitfall.
