I was out of town during the 2.8 release, so please excuse if this 
was explained earlier.  Where do I find 2.8 compiled primitives?  I 
downloaded Squeak2.8-2345 for the Mac to get the final version, but 
it doesn't include any primitives.  Do I just reuse the ones from 2.7 
and 2.8a, or is there a collection of them somewhere?
