   Given the number of updates from 2.7 to now you might just want to
download 
<ftp://st.cs.uiuc.edu//Smalltalk/Squeak/2.8/Squeak2.8-2342.sit.bin>

for a mac or 
<ftp://st.cs.uiuc.edu//Smalltalk/Squeak/2.8/files/Squeak2.8-2342.zip>
for other systems.
