I don't think Tansel's book is out yet.  Mine is being trialed now 
(here at Georiga Tech, by Rick Zaccone at Bucknell, by Rik Smoody at 
Portland State, and by Cullen O'Neill at U-Michigan).  I have to deal 
with the changes and put everything together this summer -- should be 
out end of the year or beginning of next.
