Well, gee, if we're going to stick with Mac Roman, why don't we at least
do it well, and support all the characters?  Put that on the list of
desirables in the great font hunt. :)

Anyway, isoToSqueak is still nice, because if we switch to Latin-1 it
can become a nop and not break anything :)
