I've built a small mpeg player to time some mpeg video 
audio. I found some mpeg clips with a running timecode 
on them. So here is a result:
the video timecode runs 1 min, 15 sec and 24 frames
at 24 frames a second. 

audio ran for	63112 miliseconds.
video ran for 	109492 miliseconds.

So 1000 miliseconds is a second ???
So can a more alert mind than my help me convert this to 
min, sec, frames ??
