Michael Rueger used to host the GUI constructor on his site
(http://ifsl.mb.uni-magdeburg.de/~michael/gui/index.htm), but both it as
well as his general page (~michael/) seem to have disappeared.  Does
anyone know if this is mirrored anywhere, or if Michael has moved his work
elsewhere?
