This is directed to people compiling on ARM... 

I posted a question on the iPaq list about whether or not the ARM toolchain
on the build machines would be upgraded to a version of GCC that actually
did optimizations properly....the answer was "If we knew were to get
a fixed one, we would!"

I know we've brought the subject up on this list a couple times so I thought
I'd ask if anyone knows what version of GCC does optimizations properly?
