There are actually two Squeak books that Mark wrote.  "Squeak: Object-Oriented Design with Multimedia Applications" was published last December, and the newer "Squeak: Open Personal Computing and Multimedia" will be available in June, I believe.

Perhaps you ordered the newer one inadvertently?  (Or maybe Prentice Hall is confusing the older one with the newer one?)
