latest and greatest iPAQ Squeak?

Hi Craig:

Well, the reasonability.net link is actually quite recent...unfortunately
there seems to be some difficulty accessing that site (some people
can reach it, others get a 404).  Were you able to access the site you'd
find a very recent 3.1 VM and image compiled with the new Genie plugin
and OSProcess.

I'd be happy to provide you with the image & VM however...Ken Treis (the
owner of reasonability.net) is looking into why the web server is 
misbehaving.  Until it is fixed I could email you the bits...
