StarLogoAnts and missing class

I decided to try Star Logo Ants.008 at the super swiki.  This led to
an error message that it didn't know about a class (FormStub, I
think).  Since the project is from Mar 8, I think my 3.0 image should
be OK.

Can anyone tell me what's going on?  Is the project broken?  Do I need
the 3.1 changes?  Do I need a Star Logo object library and
installation?  Is the project broken? ....
