Potential drop targets in the Browser (and Celeste) are highlighted as
the object to be dropped is moved overhead.  This is done with a blue
rectangle.  When the drop is NOT done, the highlighting sometimes
incorrectly remains.

In a normal browser with drag and drop enabled, I click down on one of
the listed methods method and drag it over a message category and then
(without releasing the mouse button) directly back to the right over the
message list.

Do any of the list drag and drop experts know an easy fix for this?  I
can provide a small gif picture of the problem to anyone interested.
