A public THANK YOU to John McIntosh for pointing me
toward the SqueakPro5.xml file that gets generated
by 'Interpreter writeMacSourceFiles'.   I imported
that file into Metrowerks, and was immediately able
to compile without errors.

I can't believe it was that EASY after the roundabout
path I've taken in the past.  Apparently ignorance is not
always bliss.

Just wanted to make sure the frustration I'd expressed
on the list yesterday didn't discourage anyone else
from experimenting with their own builds of the VM.
The water is warm - jump right in...
