She never wrote that book.

However, she and I (along with another colleague) have just completed a 
book on object modeling that includes examples of collaborating 
business-domain (model) objects in both Java and Squeak (in fact I just 
completed the final edits of the Squeak code yesterday).

Once we find a publisher, it will be on it's way.
