Is there anything I have to to to enable J3? Because I'm actually seeing a
*decrease* in performance (as reported by 0 tinyBenchmarks) with the one I
just built compared to the 2.9 VM I've been using. I don't see anything J3
related mentioned in the docs.

I'm certainly not seeing that 10-20 increase others have reported :)
