Computers in school [college a waste?]

I agree...whatever happened to the idea that college is for learning?

Most of the people that I went to college with were there because they
were seeking to enter the job market at a particular level, not because
they were truly interested in learning (and this lessens the quality of
the experience for those who are interesting in learning).

Also, I found that graduates often feel that just because they've
completed a certain level of education that it entitles them to a
certain income level.  This is unfortunate because the reality is that
income level and education are correlated based on what you do with your
education, not the mere fact that you got an education.
