Smalltalk is commonly spelled "Smalltalk".  It's a single word.  See
http://foldoc.doc.ic.ac.uk/foldoc/foldoc.cgi?Smalltalk.  You may choose to
spell it "SmallTalk" if you so desire but this will mark you as a poseur.
