my C code won't compile.  I would call a C programmer who
persistently tried to write

incompetent, and a C programmer who insisted that it didn't
or shouldn't _matter_ as confused and in need of an unpaid
holiday.

In plain text, I write "POSIX threads".

	In Russian, we call such people looking at
	resume in this way a "durak" .... let me see how to
	translate .... fool ... idiot ....
	
Checking to see whether someone knows what they are talking
about is foolish?  The trouble the Russian economy has been
having, I could almost believe that Russians do think that
way, but nah, no-one is that crazy.

I have been known to spell Smalltalk with a capital T myself,
but when you have actually *used* Smalltalk for a bit, you
soon learn better:
    Smalltalk beep
works,
    SmallTalk beep
doesn't.
