I've added a page to the Swiki about Squeak and MySQL. It's linked to from the 
Documentation section of the front page. Please check that I'm not suggesting
anything stupid. In particular, the underscore (_) gotcha and the need to 
download BufferStream and SocketStream. 

I also think some error checking code surrounding the example would be
useful. 
A wrong column name leads to a walkback at the moment.
