The next installment of the window frames story.

This installment rearranges the instance variables of SystemWindow.
Conceptually refactors the 8 instance variables associated with the window
frame into a seperate class. The write up is located at:

As usual, any comments are welcome.

The next step is to start eliminating niggles; I'm hoping a better looking
new default window frame will be the result.
