Hi all

This update of the JPEG Plugin 2 includes Ordered Dither as in Form>>orderedDither32To16, when decompressing to a 16bit Form. It also includes contributions and observations from Yoshiki Ohshima, Robert Hirschfeld, John Hinsley and Karl Ramberg (thanks folks).
Dithering is optional, but takes little CPU and looks great.
