This is an incremental change to be applied to OSProcess 2.6

The changes are:
- Fix incorrect declaration in one of the plugin methods.

- Add a version string to OSProcess to keep track of what version the plugin
  is generated from.

- Add better identification string to the plugin C code for all subclasses
  of UnixOSProcessPlugin.

- Add OSProcess class>>removeAllOSProcessAndCommandShellClassesFromSystem,
  which does exactly that.
