These are things that I've been having to add to my Connectors work, and
I felt they should be in core Squeak.

Three small Morphic fixes, and one minor addition:

Notify Morphs when they get added to another Morph.

Fixes:

Don't redraw the Hand if it's only carrying invisible Morphs.

Fix translation problem in MorphicTransform.

Avoid X or Y extents of 0 when resizing SketchMorphs.
