Change your tires while driving down the road talking on
your cell phone.

This change set adds one-button build and restart to VMMaker.
Open a VMMakerTool, set up your configuration options, then
click the 'One-Button Build' button and watch it go. When the
build is complete, the VM is restarted on the fly.

Prerequisites:
- Unix/Linux platform
- VMMaker-3-1-version3.cs.
- OSProcess 2.6.1
- CommandShell 1.5.2

This thing really needs some sound effects. Perhaps somebody
could sample a pinball machine, and tie the sounds into the
build process.
