I made some changes when compiling the macintosh VM 3.2.1Beta5 under
OS-X mach-o

So update your VMMaker platform source trees.

In short

a) I fixed the open image dialog so that you can open an image even
if the image is lacking the file type. This allows you to attempt to
open any file that ends with say .image (be sure you know what you
are doing eh)

b) Added support to work with bundles, versus CFM under OS-X. I also
have some broken code in the source tree to enable mach-o
applications to interface to CFM libraries if someone wants to be a
hero they can fix it eh?

c) Changed the mpeg3lib plugin to enable you to compile it under os-x
project builder as a bundle. This requires a Smalltalk code change
too, and it would be nice if some other hero could mangle the source
tree so that one can build that plugin under linux etc without much
hassle. Also understanding why it core dumps on the mac when I
compile with PTHREADS would be interesting too, but I don't have a
dual CPU mac box to test with, maybe someone else does?

Now I'll go back to fixing an OpenBSD 68K box that I busted while
doing yearly maintenance last night...
