No. CS 3674 is pretty limited.There's no way that I saw to add 
individual files or strings, or to change the compression, or to 
handle entries that are not compressed (often smaller files will be 
stored without compression). It also does not set file attributes or 
dates in the generated zip files.

Mine has a full interface (you can do any of the usual operations 
with zip files). And it handles file dates and at least sets the 
attributes to something sensible. You can also add entries from 
strings.
